i wan to open an pop up window which is similar to chat box from my system to other system using their ip address ,in a button click event. Is it possible plz helpHow to open a pop up window from my system to other using their ip address using ASP.net?
Its possible with .NET (C# or VB.NET), but only if they have your program running on their system which accepts and interprets requests from your machine.
